Vinyl Grading Description:
Each piece of vinyl will be graded visually as honestly as possible. I work in a second-hand record store where one of my many tasks is the grading of vinyl. I will use a similar grading description to that of the store I work in, which is as follows:
MINT - In absolutely perfect condition. Items will either be sealed or come with no blemishes of ANY kind to be seen. Covers will also be perfect with no creases, splits or tears.
EXCELLENT - The most minor of blemishes that are barely noticeable and should not affect play in any way. Still a very fine example to be found. Covers may have very minor creases that are barely noticeable or very slight edge / shelf / ring wear.
VERY GOOD - Some noticeable blemishes and scratches that might offer the odd hiss, pop and crackle, but nothing that will impede play. Covers may have slightly more noticeable creases, splits or tears. Edge / shelf / ring wear will also be more noticeable.
GOOD - Very noticeable blemishes and scratches that will offer more frequent hiss, pop and crackle. There is also the possibility of skipping / jumping to a small degree. Record should still be in (mostly) playable condition. Covers will be well worn with very noticeable creases, splits and tears. Edges / shelf / ring wear will also be quite evident.
POOR - Unplayable to a large degree. I will not list any of these, unless it is an ultra-rare item (such as a picture disc).
Postage & Packing Description:
Postage (for Australia) is charged at $8.50 (regular post) for the first record and $1.50 for each additional record (other postage options are available, please see bottom of page for more information). Each record will be carefully posted in a strong post-pak box, filled with shock absorbent padding. This means that the records will arrive to you exactly as they are listed. I have purchased records myself from many e-bay sellers, and have seen the best and the worst ways to post them. I will be sending them to you as I would expect to receive them myself. Locally (Australia) I offer regular, express and registered post, please see prices at the bottom of the page. Overseas is sent via airmail, so most items should arrive in around 2 weeks or so.
