PINK FLOYD First XI UK LP BOX 1000 only 1979 Rare
This is a British box set from PINK FLOYD called "THE FIRST XI".It was produced in 1979 while the record company waited to see if The Wall was ever going to be released.It contains all the albums in their original packaging with the old labels and gatefolds(on some).There are also picture discs for Dark Side Of The Moon and Wish You Were Here,Only available in this set.Here's a little more info.Almost every item is NM-,just a few little things on this set.There is some wear on the box, you can see in the pictures.A little more on the top right corner and lower right edge. On Piper at the Gates,the glue is loose on 1/2" on top,otherwise excellent shape.More has minor wear on the back cover.Meddle has 2 very light marks barely visible on side 2 otherwise shiny.Obscured has a 1.75" split on the bottom,probably from shipping,otherwise shiny.The Dark side Pic Disc is still sealed,has a small dent on front and a split on the top under the plastic.Wish You Were Hear Picture Disc is still sealed.Animals has some very fine marks on side 2,I would not have noticed,but I am sitting under a bright flourescent light.Ummagumma is almost like new as is Relics with the white sleeve.Saucerful is also in great condition ..
I have included photos of the front covers of all the lp's in the set and one of the sticker on the picture disc .There are 2 photos of the front and the main edge of the box.This is the first box for me in 13 years.It's nice for a set issued 30 years ago.It will be shipped ONLY priority and insured for full value in the US unless you prefer some other method due to weight.I will not send this media mail which will be about $15.00 with insurance,faster means less handling and less jostling. The delivery confirmation info will be sent to you,confirmation not available overseas.This box is heavy,over 9 pounds .If the final shipping weight is much less,I will refund if the difference in cost if over $5.Let me know if you have any questions.
