I am new to record grading so please look at 12 photos along with the grading to best determine condition. Sleeve- VG+ worn around edges and corners especially - discoloration and browning present throughout- lots of brown spotting on front back and gate fold . Shrink wrap is ripped Record- EX Unsure if were ever played -possible wear in center or from storage
