THE PINK FLOYD as they were titled, were once an obscure psychedelic band predominantly known among Joe Boyd's London 'UFO Club' regulars. The Floyd cut strange & wonderful trippy psychedelic recordings, and made them even more intriguing with the oil lamp and flickering strobe light show!
After the heady hippy days moved into more imaginative times - led not least by The Beatles, the seriously progressive era involved The Floyd - their music was the epitome of 'Prog Rock' by definition!
This is their turn to lead the way, and that they did with this COMPLETELY OUTSTANDING album!!
