Harvest 71 A-1UB-1U Gramophone
UK 1st pr LP VG++
Harvest SHVL795
Has Gramophone Co Ltd rim text on label.
UK original with Harvest printed inner sleeve.
Gatefold textured sleeve is
VG++ to nr EX condition
with very slight rubbing to corners
but no writing etc.
Harvest inner bag is pretty nr EX condition,
Labels have a few quite noticeable
spindle marks but no writing
or tears at all.
Vinyl is VG++ condition,
not quite nr EX condition but not far off.
Has some slight surface noise especially at the
quiet bits at the beginning of the album but
generally plays great with no musical distortion.

For accurate play grading (like all my records)
This record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable
fitted with a Goldring stylus,
Listened to through full range SD Acoustics speakers
that have superb response and definition on all frequencies,
with a Quad Amp set-up.
For accurate visual grade (like all my records)
This record has been professionally cleaned using an
Okki Nokki cleaning machine.
First clean with purified water and isopropanol alcohol and
finished off with L'art du son / purified water mix.
The alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have
from the manufacturing stage, this hides detail in the sound.
The l’art du son mix seems to smooth out any brittleness
in the alcohol water mix.
