SLEEVE: small tear towards the bottom right corner on the front, otherwise Superb..edges and corners sharp..lovely and clean..Spine lettering nice and clear: EX
INNER: Lovely..edges and corners sharp..no seam splits..lovely and clean: EX+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few very fine surface hairlines...plays beautifully with just a little light static in some quieter places...no pops, clicks, skips, sticking or distortion...lovely clear sound throughout!: VISUAL EX- / AUDIO EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
