Sleeve in VG+ condition as is the booklet. The edge is rubbed and slight spotting on inner gatefold.
Records Grading Guide:
Mint (M): No marks, no faults, as if just left the record shop; perfect in any aspect.
Near Mint (NM): Sporadic, barely visible, microscopic scuff marks that will not have adverse effect on playback.
Excellent EX - No scratches, no visible scuff marks.
VG++ - virtually invisible possible scuff marks.
VG+: Very minor light scratches, odd scuff mark but retaining original lustre. Well looked after.
VG: Number of scratches and scuff marks; loss of original shine; spindle marks. Occasional audible pop and crackle.
