The album contains three tracks the Floyd produced for the Zabriskie Point film soundtrack in Rome during December 1969, which were unused by the Director, and a longer version of 'Crumbling Land', which appears on the soundtrack album as a shorter version. The album also has two live recordings from a gig at the Civic Centre in Santa Monica, California on 1st May, 1970.
The track 'Embryo', which takes up half of side 2, is a much longer and expanded version than I have heard before and is later than the version I have on tape, recorded from a BBC Radio broadcast from a 1968 live performance of the song. The longer version on this album has in its middle 'improvised' section some eerie baby noises sound effects. This version is also different to the track on the 'Works' album, an EMI Harvest compilation release.
