A NICE PAIR  1973 

Harvest SHDW 403 

UK Second Press after the Dr Phang sleeve was changed. Gatefold sleeve with inners. 

Compilation of the bands first two albums THE PIPER AT THE GATES OF DAWN & A SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS. Albums originally released in 1967 & 1968. 

First release after DSOTM.

Piper album has good sheen still & plays through with no skips or jumps & excellent production. Superb psych debut. Some clusters of fine hairlines but in pretty good shape overall. Labels are clean & complete with no stickers or writing, minimal if any spindle wear to the centres. Printed inner with rounded edges & large thumb notch has no rips or splits, very light wear overall.

Saucerful album has sheen also & looks in good order, please note there are several quick skips on the intro & throughout track 1 side A (let there be more light) I have play tested & further examined I can't find anything feel able. Rest of side A & B play great with no skips or jumps... Labels are clean & complete with no stickers or writing, minimal if any spindle wear to the centres. Printed inner with rounded corners & large thumb notch also has minimal wear like the piper one. Original gatefold wide spine sleeve has no rips, splits, stickers or writing, readable sturdy spine, few marks & very light age related wear.

All records unless otherwise stated are properly play tested through headphones & inspected under a bright halogen lamp. I use the standard UK record collector grading system appreciating that opinions differ. I never add more than one + or - to my gradings & never grade a record as M unless it's new or sealed. Vinyl graded first then inner / outer sleeve  posters etc.

Comes in new PVC protective sleeve and when printed inners are present then new anti static inner is provided for safer transit.

Posted in sturdy vinyl mailer signed for, insured & proof of postage always kept.. 

Postage can be combined.. 2 wide  spine or up to 3 thin spine can be combined, any more will require a separate mailer to ensure safe transit.. Spine size stated in listing.
