Cover: Garrod & Lofthouse non-gatefold cover with laminated front and unlaminated rear with double flip-backs and 'File under Popular' text in top corner. Excellent condition - just a few small marks/stains on rear cover.
Inner sleeve: Original EMI 'ads' inner sleeve is Near Excellent.
Labels: Side 1 VG (some coloured marks) and Side 2 Near Mint.
Vinyl: Not play tested. Looks Excellent - no marks under a strong light and lovely sheen. Lightly played and well cared for. Not played for many years so might benefit from a light clean to bring up to its best.

Gradings......
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratches.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and more significant scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
