This is a 1st Stereo Press on the Columbia label.

PLEASE READ BOTH DESCRIPTION & CONDITION. LOW GRADE.

*YAX 3419 1 - Stamped 0 at roughly 3 o’clock, and 1 at roughly at 9 o’clock (The 1 stamped is faint, and this is the clearest we can see)

*6709 TPS Printed and made by Ernest J Day & Co Ltd London Sx 6517/SCX 6517 (At the bottom of reverse)

*File Under POPULAR (On the top of reverse)

*Triple flip back, Laminated front.

Comes with black & blue Columbia label where the text layout and font on label differing from day one - First Sleeve (Sept 1967) release. Also the cover differs as this release has "File under POPULAR : Pop Groups" on top right back cover, the day one does not: The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn but they are both released within a few months of each other. Comes in a triple flip-back sleeve with a grey back cover. 6709 TPS Printed and made by Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd., London

We have play tested this: Plays okay with clear audio. There is no skating and plays through, however there is a section near the end of Side One that skips slightly a few times, there is some quiet background noise, the audio is good and loud & clear.

The condition of the vinyl is good, however there is a fair few scratches and blemishes.

*A low grade copy for sure, however it plays through (with slight skips) and is a nice enough listen for how low grade and gives somebody the chance to own something that otherwise would be a lot more.*

The cover looks good with corner blunting, wear, edge wear, tears, and creasing, with writing on the reverse, overall appears in okay condition for a 1967 release.

The record is stored in an Anti-Static sleeve, and housed in a 75 microns PP Crystal outer sleeve.

We do not clean vinyl.

All records are shipped outside their covers in their anti-static sleeve, to prevent tears and damage. We ship in specific vinyl cardboard mailers only, to give the correct protection in transit.
