Matrix no's : XAX 3419 - 2 / 3420 -1 ( very first known matrixes ) 1st PRESS
The vinyl has excellent deep lustrous sheen - under bright light there are a few visible marks, predominantly hairlines but really this is a very clean copy and looks hardly played. Playback is graded EXCELLENT - sound quality is full, rich and clear with really very little surface noise at all other than the odd click or pop here and there - an excellent copy of this classic first Syd Barrett and Pink Floyd Lp.
The BLUE and BLACK COLUMBIA record labels are graded EXCELLENT MINUS - some minor visible spindle wear.
The genuine ORIGINAL FIRST PRESS quality card FRONT LAMINATED FLIPBACK PICTURE sleeve with NO 'FILE UNDER POP' text and printed by ERNEST J DAY is EXCELLENT PLUS - really very little wear all; the spine is even and strong and remains unsquashed and the white flipbacks have just some slight discolouration but otherwise it remains in perfect shape.
A really great clean copy with EXCELLENT audio quality.
