On offer is the original 4 LP BOX SET + album sized hard backed book enclosed in thick card outer box/slip case. This is now hard to come by and sought after by Floyd collectors~~see scan
The 4 Lps are offered as one play and therefore virtually as mint and sounding superb. However, please note that the first Lp has some light marks in the vinyl probably from the card sleeve ~but NO spindle marks and this does not affect audio quality.
The outer and inner sleeves are excellent and so is the superb book is mint.
The outer box has some side wear but really nothing serious. Most boxes seem to show this and was a result of original company dispatch and shelf display.
Overall the package comes with an excellent to near mint grading and the audio quality on the heavy vinyl pressings is stunning.
You will not be disappointed.
POSTAGE~~It is a heavy package and will cost a lot to properly package and post~~I have put a high postage rate on especially for overseas buyers but I promise to refund any imbalance in postage once the destination is known. The package is well over 2 kg and will cost at least £20 to Europe and an incredible £25 to USA and Japan~~I will endevour to find a cheaper postage rate, meanwhile AND REFUND ANY OVER PAYMENT OF POSTAGE.
GRADING I grade records both visually and aurally for overall sound quality on a Linn LP12 based system. Should you feel I have misgraded please remember that i offer a full NO QUIBBLE refund or agreed price reduction if I am off the mark.
NEAR MINT (NM)~~audio listening and visual grading has not revealed any imperfections. Lp is guaranteed to sound superb.
NEAR EXCELLENT (EX or EX++)~~audio listening has not revealed any major imperfections such as clicks or skips~~the LP will sound really good and it will be hard to find a better copy. Sleeve and any inserts/inners are in excellent shape. You will not be disappointed.
VG++~~audio listening has revealed some very limited surface noise or the odd crackle~~but overall still sounds fine on the LP 12. Visually the Lp may have light scuffs but nothing major though has obviously been played a few times. sleeve might have light creases or ringwear. The Lp and sleeve will be fine until a better copy comes along.
STILL PERFECTLY PLAYABLE!!
VG~~not great and may have surface noise but I will flag up this grading rarely. Probably worth it for rarity value.
