Description

Artist: Pink Floyd Title: Relics Label: Island Cat No: SRS 5071 Country: UK
I am in the process of selling my Record Collection, I always purchased the best copies I could find and looked after them carefully. Some I only played once. This is the UK Pink Floyd compilation of `Relics`, this was reissued in many different sleeve designs around the world, what makes this so collectible is that it is the original early 1970`s UK Issue, what adds to its rarity is that the vinyl looks unplayed and the white textured and fragile sleeve is also in top condition (see photos) it would be hard to find a better cleaner copy - Matrix: Side 1 - SRS 5071 A1 Side 2 - SRS 5071 B3
Vinyl (M-) Plays Great with no sticks or jumps etc, even under bright halogen lights I can only just the lightest of the usual sleeve removal scuffs, no feelable scratches, visually it looks unplayed - comes with original EMI inner sleeve
Labels - Lovely Clean Blue Emi labels, with no visible spindle lines
Sleeve (EX++)  White textured finish sleeve in great condition, no edgewear, no bad ringwear, Sharp opening, lovely spine clearly readable (unusual), this sleeve usually turns up very grubby due to it being bright white or smoker stained, this is a great find with just a few age spots on the rear (Please see photos for complete overview)

I am in the process of selling lots of obscure & rare Records/CD`s, I will be posting regularly why not check them out!

I use professionally made packers with card stiffeners & record removed from album cover

I use lots of photos to show as accurately as possible what you are getting (also I dont cut the corners of the record sleeve off the picture!!)

Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in Record Collector Magazine below:

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Near Mint,  EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
