On sale here we have a really awesome and somewhat rare vinyl Single from:
(The) Pink Floyd
Title A Side: See Emily Play
Catalogue number DB 8214
Label: Columbia
Release Year: 1967
4 prong center, which has been pushed out and replaced by a plastic adapter.
Please do note that the center has been pushed out before bidding.
The B Side is called: Scarecrow
Both songs are written by the legendary Syd Barrett
I have been trying to decide upon the Grade for this single for a few days.
It plays really well and there are no pops, or skips or jumps.
The vinyl does have some light marks on both sides but listening to the single with and without headphones, apart from some start up crackles on Scarecrow, which does start quietly, nothing affected my enjoyment of these Classic Psychedelic Rock songs.
I therefore concluded that a grade of VG+ was appropriate, although I would have loved to have graded it higher. I prefer to be cautious because of the pushed out center and the light marks.
The label is clean, no writing or stickers
The record comes in its original green Columbia sleeve.
This sleeve is in VG+ good condition too.
Just usual and acceptable corner and outline creasing - no writing on the sleeve and no open sides.
