Description

This is a mono first pressing of Pink Floyds second LP, the last with Syd Barrett. The cat number is SX 6258. The Sleeve is in VG++ condition (maybe more, I might be being conservative) with only slight ring wear which is hardly visable. The Vinyl is heavy and thick. Aurally it is totally clean, soundwise I would rate it mint, or near mint. Visually there are a few very light scratches that in no way affect sound quality, and the inevitable odd fingerprint or two which I will let you clean by your own method. On that basis I would rate the record overall  Excellent based on Record Collector's guide (one down from Mint, ie brand new).

I have had this in my possesion for many years but I have always played my stereo reissue to maintain its condition. The record has the blue / black Colombia labels. There is very slight "ruffling" on a very small section of the label on side 1, and a small amount of spindle wear. Otherwise they are in great shape. The record is still in the original advertising sleeve.

This is a fantastic example of a very rare Floyd classic, as it was intended in glorious Mono.

I'm not going to set a reserve for this record, but I retain the right to withdraw  / end this auction if I feel it's value isn't being represented. Ultimately though, it's going to the best home. Want to make it yours? Happy bidding!
