One of my favourites from the Pink Floyd discography. A Saucerful of Secrets is a step forward from their awesome debut album. I have always loved Pink Floyd and this record is another example about their greatness.
This record starts with the amazing "Let There Be More Light" and the awesomeness continues with such powerful songs as "Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun", "Corporal Clegg" and the lenghty title cut. Rest of the material is also very high quality. No weak moments at all.
Even though A Saucerful of Secrets isn't credited as one of this band's finest efforts I think this is just a perfect album. Just as awesome as Meddle, The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were here and The Wall for example are. A must have for every true psychedelic/progressive rock fan. (From: rateyourmusic.com)

An awesome original rare to find 1st UK pressing genuine 52 years old superb and this is complete in Excellent condition! Normally this is found in a terrible state and over played! This has been rarely ever played! Very very collectable and sought after like this!!
Vinyl: EX/EX+. Both surfaces retain their original deep, glossy sheen. A SUPERB VINYL COPY WHICH WILL PROVE HARD TO BETTER!!! Indeed, it has only ever had light play! We all dream of finding copies of classic albums that have been looked after but they are few and far between especially these days. Only one thin wispy hairline is visible on side 1. The whole LP sounds absolutely stunning and plays to an extremely high standard with superb clarity, no groove-wear and no distortion and is very strictly graded a strong EX for audio and visual appearance - great copy!! I have played this on my very revealing setup with a Linn Sondek cartridge. Of course, NO skips, NO jumps, No crackle. The winner will be very happy with this vinyl.
Sleeve: EX. Front laminated with beautiful deep colours. The sleeve has the correct flipbacks to the rear and is front laminated. The sleeve has a fully legible spine and nice edges.
