Pressed in South Africa Matrix SHVLJ(d) 804 A1 / 804 B1 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Due to the A1 / B1 matrix this is absolutely a first pressing with the solid blue triangle logo design on the label ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ***PLEASE NOTE THAT THE IST SIDE OF THE LP HAS BEEN SEVERELY SCRATCHED WITH A SHARP INSTRUMENT*** and is not playable**** The front cover (on the good side) and disc (on the good side) would look great framed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ CONDITION ------ The album cover is so glossy, I can't get a reasonable photo of it without it being absolutely covered with glare. Therefor I will describe the cover very carefully. The back cover is not in good condition as it has allot of crease marks in the lower left. The front cover is VG+. Unlike most North American or later copies (which have no lettering on the front) the cover has PINK FLOYD DARK SIDE THE MOON in a double circle, in the top right of the front, as part of the cover design. The front cover has almost no no ring wear. There are a couple of faint crease marks. Also, there is a tiny pin hole sized wear mark about 4/5ths of the way down, in the middle. Also, near the bottom, two areas, a couple of millimeters wide each, of the overlying clear portion of the laminate, have bubbled a bit, for about half the length of the cover horizontally. Not noticeable except when looking from close up. The far right side of the cover- the open end- has a few very thin, short wear areas and the very edge is turned up a tiny bit. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I hope the kid who savaged the record got a severe spanking and his cartoon privileges revoked for at least a month. *********************************************************************************** SHIPPING INFORMATION (USA and Overseas bound packages are mailed from the USA to take advantage of lower postal fees.
