PINK FLOYD THE FINAL CUT VINYL LP A1/B2 FIRST PRESS MINT ARCHIVE COPY - STUNNING

Description

This A1/B2 first pressing of The Final Cut is in stunning condition.  This is as close to Mint as you will find and if you want that final upgrade copy then this is the one.  I doubt if it has been played more than once the quality is that good and there are no hairlines or scratches to speak of.
Side One as you would expect plays with a clarity that you cannot beat.  There is the odd sound of static but the audio is outstanding especially when you consider how quiet the majority of this side is.  'The Gunners Dream' is a great example of this.    
Side Two plays in the same fashion.  Again the odd static sound but the audio is incredible and I honestly do not think you could improve upon it even if it was re-pressed today!  I cannot stress how good the audio is.  Again the clarity of the audio during the quieter sections is stunning. 
The gatefold cover is also in perfect condition and it is very difficult to find any fault with it at all!  The edges, corners and spine are as clean as the day when it was first released.  As can be seen it has the sticker in the top right hand corners.  The vinyl is housed within the original black inner with the die-cut corners. 
Without doubt this is the best 'Final Cut' I have ever seen and heard and it is amazing to think it is over 30 years old.  I grade with honesty and integrity as my feedback testifies and this A1/B2 first press must equal the best that has ever been sold on eBay before.  A bold statement to make and I'm sure any perfectionist Floyd fan out there would love to own this fantastic first press :-)  
It is also worth noting just how early a first press this is and from my understanding of matrix numbers and mothers/stampers this could very well be the very first issue of the first pressings.

I would grade the vinyl as Mint-
The gatefold cover is Mint
The original inner sleeve is Ex++ (no splits or tears, just some creasing)
The labels are Mint

ALL RECORDS ARE PROFESSIONALLY PACKED IN STRONG MAILERS WITH CARDBOARD STIFFENERS.  THE RECORDS ARE ALSO REMOVED FROM THEIR SLEEVES TO AVOID CUTTING THROUGH THE COVER AND PUT INTO A SEPARATE SLEEVE, AND THEN PLACED INSIDE A PVC SLEEVE.
