1978 USA picture disc reissue in die-cut sleeve with clear poly inner.
From my own collection. Owned for many years (bought second hand), I've never played it until recently. During initial payback it was all going rather well with just some pops and clicks (more louder and frequent on side2 though). However, some problems from around 'Brain Damage' onwards (the last two tracks). The needle visibly wobbles in the groove enough to effect the sound (it may even jump on some turntables) rendering the last two tracks pretty much unplayable. Because of this, playing condition graded as F (Fair). One for display rather than playing.
Visually, in good NATURAL light, the record looks around VG. Only a small number of noticeable marks. Some cloudy patches on side1 - which I've noticed on other copies on sale/sold. When light is at a certain angle, side2 (prism side) has a rippled/shimmery appearance (hard to photograph but see pics for my attempts) which I assume causes the playback issues mentioned above.
Die-cut sleeve is VG+/EX-. Still has most of its original poly shrink, although no longer securely attached. Tiny hole-punch in one corner. No seam splits. Record Collector mag grading.
