Description
HERE is a chance to obtain a copy of the rare one-box EMI pressing of Pink Floyd's fabulous 1967 LP, The Piper at the Gates of Dawn, on the black and silver Columbia label (SCX 6157).
Both record labels are in EX- condition, showing minimal spindle activity, signifying very little play over the years. Both sides of the heavyweight vinyl are in EX- condition with only a few light marks, light hairlines and light scuffing showing when examined under strong halogen light. This fine heavyweight vinyl clearly comes from an early batch, bearing 1-1 matrix endings as well as 1-1 mother stampers.
The front laminated sleeve produced by E J Day with generous flipbacks boasts the original grey rear panel (later sleeves have white rear panels) and is in Good+ condition with a handwritten name on the rear top right, a little creasing here and there, and some cornerwear.
Thanks for viewing and good luck if you are bidding. Please also check out my other rare items.
