HERE WE HAVE A SUPERB, FRENCH HARVEST (2C 168. 63410/11) FIRST PRESSING (November 1979) OF PINK FLOYD'S OUTSTANDING DOUBLE LP SET, "The Wall"

BOTH RECORDS ARE IN LIGHTLY PLAYED, EXCELLENT+ CONDITION
THE FIRST ISSUE FRENCH MATTE GATEFOLD COVER WITH A WIDE SPINE AND SPINE TEXT (2C 168. 63410/11 - PINK FLOYD - THE WALL) HAS NO FULL BAND CREDIT AND IS ALSO IN EXCELLENT+ CONDITION
THE TWO FIRST ISSUE LYRIC INNERS HAVE SQUARE CORNERS WITH A TOP THUMB NOTCH AND ARE PRINTED ON SOFT TEXTURED CARD, BOTH ARE EXCELLENT (see detailed assessment below)

THIS REALLY IS A BEAUTIFUL COPY OF THE SCARCE FIRST FRENCH PRESSING WHICH SOUNDS ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL THROUGHOUT

LABELS: The record labels are in SUPERB condition. CLEAN and BRIGHT with NO wear, NO writing and barley any spindle traces. THIS SET SET HAS CLEARLY SEEN VERY LITTLE PLAY
VINYL Visual: Both records have their original DEEP, LIKE-NEW GLOSSY SHEEN and are practically UNMARKED. TWO BEAUTIFUL LPs
VINYL Audio: The audio is absolutely SENSATIONAL - CRYSTAL CLEAR, RICH, SHARP, STRONG and VIBRANT. TREMENDOUS AUDIO QUALITY. There are NO scratches, NO sticks, NO jumps and barely clicks/pops or surface noise (really, hardly any) and the album plays to a extremely high standard with SUPERB AUDIO CLARITY, NO groove-wear and NO distortion (its hardly been played) and must be very critically graded as EXCELLENT+ for audio. SOUNDS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and NOT over-graded in ANY way as I use STRICT RECORD COLLECTOR grading standards (please refer to my feedback and 'about me' page). GREAT COPY OF A WONDERFUL LP AND IN MANY RESPECTS AUDIBLY SUPERIOR TO THE OFTEN TROUBLESOME UK FIRST PRESSING
SLEEVE: The original MATTE gatefold cover with a WIDE SPINE is in GREAT condition. The surfaces are very CLEAN, CRISP and FRESH with virtually NO wear to the edges or spine, where all text is CLEAR and BOLD (please see photos)
INNER SLEEVES: The 2 lyric inners are CLEAN, BRIGHT, SHARP and FRESH with NO marks but both of these thin, delicate inners have very small (2 cm) splits to their centre bottom and centre side edges (just on the one side) but apart from that they are practically MINT in appearance. Both LPs are now housed - and will be posted in - new inner sleeves to prevent any more 'knifing' damage to the originals during transit
