Front laminated Ernest J. Day & Co. Sleeve.

Rear flip backs.

Vinyl plays through very well with generally strong audio throughout. Right at the beginning of the intro to side A there is a very quick jump that doesn’t impact on the first track. Otherwise there is no skips, sticks or jumps. Bearing in mind this is a 50 year old record there is play wear throughout. There is lots of clusters of light hairlines and also fine surface scratches also. There are also visible surface scratches which are not feel able and don’t really impact on playback as audio is generally strong throughout with a few light clicks and occasional surface noise in places. Labels have no stickers or writing, spindle wear to the centres and KT stamps are quite faint. Vintage EMI company sleeve with plain white inner sleeve also. Both with age related wear, EMI one is in pretty good shape. Outer E.J. Day sleeve, front laminated with rear flip backs has no splits, stickers or writing. Readable thin spine with scuffs to the corners and light wear in places along the edges. Front laminate creases and laminate scuffs, light ring wear some light creasing and marks to the rear sleeve. Not bad shape at all considering it’s age.

All records are properly play tested through headphones unless otherwise stated or still sealed.. All vinyl is inspected under a bright halogen lamp.. I use the standard UK record collector grading system appreciating that opinions differ. I never add more than one + or - to my gradings and never grade a record as M unless its new or sealed.

Vinyl graded first then outer / inner sleeves etc. Vinyl always separated from sleeve in transit. Comes in new PVC protective sleeve with new anti static inner when inner sleeve is printed or a new one is required. Posted with stiffener in sturdy vinyl mailer always signed for, insured and proof of postage always retained. Any international postage is also always signed for, tracked and with healthy insurance.

Vinyl can be combined,, up to 3 thin or 2 wide spine per mailer. Spine size generally stated in listing and I always provide new mailers / packing material etc. If you wish to combine please mail me to state your intentions thank you.
