PINK FLOYD - WISH YOU WERE - 1975 PROGRESSIVE CLASSIC IN VERY GOOD+ CONDITION

SHVL 814 - MATRIX NUMBERS A6/B13 (First issue version, probably third pressing)
This is a very nice and well-looked after copy of the Pink Floyd classic in a rigid cover, with clean labels, and very good+ vinyl. It is a later version of the first issue of this record - the website below will give you details, but briefly this record skipped a number of matrices and was issued as A1/A4 and A6 pressings with various B-side matrices - this would appear to be the third pressing of the original issue.

VINYL: VERY GOOD+ This is generally in extremely good condition and plays with no issues at all, apart from a short series of clicks on track one, side one. Were it not for this one minor fault it would rate as excellent throughout, with no skips, sticks, or other clicks, and very little background noise.
LABELS: EXCELLENT - Both in very good+ condition, with no writing or marks.
COVER: VERY GOOD+ Nice example of the famous 'burning man' cover, with a solid, rigid and fully readable spine. There is some minor creasing to the opening edge and a small scuff mark on the top right where a sticker has been removed. The colours are still bright and vivid, and it is generally very clean. The bottom right corner has a small dink and crease from storage.
INNER SLEEVE: VERY GOOD+ The inner is intact with no seam splits, just some minor age discolouration here and there. It has the rounded cut corners, which confirms this is the fourth version of the inner sleeve which would match a third pressing of the vinyl (one sleeve version was wrongly manufactured and was replaced).
OVERALL: Not mint, and not the earliest pressing, but a genuine first issue version of a landmark rock album which deserves to be in every serious collection.
