 Vinyl is close to Very Good very thin hairlines / very light scuffs, plays well

 

GATEFOLD SLEEVE:  VG to VG+  /  EX

Outside of the Gatefold Sleeve is VG to VG+ just light rubbing / light handling, inside Gatefold is a nice EX, 

the seams are superb with no seam splits & fully readable wording on the spine, in fine shape
