WOW!!! MEGARARE and HARD-TO-FIND original very first STEREO Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here” press released in Perú in 1975 by CBS/INDUSTRIAL SONO RADIO S.A. (CBS Perú), catalog number S.E. 8385, licensed from CBS USA, matrix numbers: 8385-A-P.S. (Side 1) and 8385-B-P.S. (Side 2). Yes Sirs, ANOTHER FIND!!! And see the picture, this record is in superb condition!!! And remember we are very conservatives for grading our records…

“WISH YOU WERE HERE” was released in Perú in 1975 with an UNIQUE COVER: in front cover is a picture of a salesman with title and name of the band in blue letters and CBS logo in top left corner in blue colour too; back cover is white with all text in blue colour and diver photo blue too. In the bottom of back cover is written: “Fabricado por Industrial Sono Radio S.A. Av. Republica de Panama 1427 Balconcillo Telefono 72-3354 Lima – Peru” in capital letters. This UNIQUE COVER with different Picture in front cover is a full laminated flipback cover. In back cover is the lyrics of the songs and in the first line of “Shine on you crazy diamond” they wrote “Remember when you were young, you shone like tte sun…”. This error only appears in the early pressings, so here you have the chance to get another early press from South America!!!

Yes, yes, yes… Another REAL FIND, another rarity from South America!!! Very rare pressing with an UNIQUE COVER and the early error in lyrics of “Shine on you crazy diamond”. But, what it makes this record A MUST FOR ALL PINK FLOYD collectors and fans is the Side 2 is faded out earlier than all other editions of the world!!! The cover was already described and it’s in VG+ or EX- condition, clean, no missing parts, no rips, no writings, very faint ring marks and only very very minimal wear in the mouth. The record is in superb EX or EX+ condition, glossy, clean and with some light hairlines which don’t affect sound at all. Labels on both sides, orange CBS, are in NM+ condition, absolutely clean and clear. The sound is great, it’s in EX- or EX condition in Side 1 and EX+ or NM- in Side 2, loud, clear and clean, no background noise, only with some very soft pops here and there which don’t distract at all. Overall a fabulous record with an incredible good cover, excellent look and amazing sound quality after 35 years!!!

Bid with confidence and don’t wait until the last second because you could lose the chance to get a real collectable record from Chile (South America) in superb condition like this copy is. You know South American records aren’t easy to get in good conditions, so HAPPY BIDDING and don’t let this record to go away… you could never see a so good copy of this record again… if you are lucky enough to see even another copy again…

We don’t use the generic “VG” most of South American sellers use to hide poor quality conditions or “NM” or “Mint” for records which aren’t even clean and sound less than a normal “VG” in professional standards. We use the Record Collector’s Grading System with a little modification: we don’t use MINT grade but for Sealed records and we can use a + or – to show a most professional accurate description.

MINT (M): I only use this grade for Sealed records.

NEAR MINT (NM): The record itself is in like new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality (only some very very very light hairlines caused for the record rubbing the sleeve). The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in like perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality, maybe some surface marks which doesn’t affect play. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

SHIPPING (Packing and Postage)

We have an unique value worldwide: 

GBP15 for weight until 1kg (usually 1 or 2 records 12" depending of thickness of the vinyl)

GBP25 for weight 1-2kg (usually 3-5 records 12")

GBP7 for one 7” record

All records will be packed outside of the sleeve to avoid damages in the cover and all records will be sent with tracking number via Small Packet or Parcel Post services.

FEEDBACK

We don’t have anything to hide and we know the buyers expect to receive feedback after to pay for the items they win. Most of sellers say to give feedback when buyers leave feedback first. But we know that’s not fair for buyers. So, we leave feedback immediately after to receive the payment, because we understand that’s the part that buyers must receive feedback for. And we expect to receive a positive feedback from buyers who receive the records immediately after they have got the records.
