PINK FLOYD Wish You Were Here UK A-1/B-5 ORIGINAL POSTCARD HARVEST VINYL LP EX
Artist : Pink Floyd Title : Wish You Were Here Catalogue Number : SHVL 814 Matrix Number : SHVL 814 A-1 / B-5 Issue : This early UK press is complete with the custom Harvest label, the original 3 corner printed inner sleeve, the original serrated edge postcard and light sheen sleeve. Vinyl Condition : The vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition. The vinyl has the original jet black gloss, the grooves show no sign of age and every track is extremely bright. There are a few of the very faintest but these are light and have little affect on play. Label Condition : The label is in EXCELLENT condition. The colours are bold, the white is bright and the text is sharp. There is just the very slightest spindle wear. Inner Condition : The vinyl is complete with the original inner sleeve also in EXCELLENT condition. The white has a couple of faint marks but it is extremely bright and clean and the edges are firm. Sleeve Condition : The sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition. The sleeve has the very slightest edge wear and a coupl eof spolts of discolouration however the white is bright, the black is bold and the colours are extremely bright. The whole sleeve is solid and the spine is firm with clear text. Play Condition : The sound is EXCELLENT. It has a little noise at the beginning and a few moments of light background noise but this is extremely common to this LP. We have sold many over the years, a few in stunning condition and rarely if ever have we heard a crystal clear Wish You Were Here. The original sound quality is far more muted than for instance Dark Side Of The Moon so is possibly more sensitive to even the lightest play. However this is an early press and although not Near Mint it is still rich and warm and these early presses are one of the best you are going to get with this classic album. Postcard Condition : The postcard has a crease but is also very bright, solid and clean.
