Vinyl in superb to mint condition.

Non italic text version on front cover.

Sleeve has few marks and slight split in bottom right hand corner about 2cm long.

Matrix Numbers are 

MFSL-1-017-A 2-5

MFSL-1-017-B 2-2

It does have a slight warp.  It's never been a problem on my TT however.
