SIDE 2: SHVL 804 B-2 (1-TT)

To find an original copy of this is this fantastic condition is now getting harder and harder,this copy comes with first issue bark blue tinted cover,orig inner,posters,stickers and VIRTUALLY NEAR MINT disc!!

Cover:

The original DARK BLUE Garrod & lofthouse gatefold cover is in EXCELLENT+/VERY GOOD+ condition (graded front/back)...generally a really nice original cover

Front:The front is in generally nice condition with no tears,stickers or writing..also no bad ring wear which is unusual for this album,there is very slight ageing mainly to the left of the pyramid but not overly bad,the edges do have some small stress creases and there is rubbing to the corner tips but the opening has no fethering..all in all its very nice

Inside gatefold: The inside which has the blue text is near mint with just a few creases and a hint of ageing...but no tears,stickers or writing,opens at one side only

Back: The back is nice,it has some creases inc some half moon creases near the opening.There is very slight record indentation but again this is not overly bad.The corner tips do have some rubbing but the opening has no fethering.The only reason why the back is graded lower than the front is on the top left hand side is a small tear..see picture

Edges/Spine: The edges and spine have No wear and No splits..the spine which has the "pinched" ends is superb with all the text clearly readable

ALTOGETHER A REALLY NICE COVER!!

Original inner:

The original poly lined black shaped inner which has the "PATENT Nos.." and "MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN" text in blue at the bottom is in NEAR MINT condition with no damage and NO SPLITS!!

Posters:

The 2 original posters are in MINT- condition..no pin holes and never been hung on a wall

Stickers:

The 2 original stickers which have the "crackback" and "fastprint" text with the diagonal lines are in EXCELLENT condition

Labels:

The labels which has the solid blue prism and has "The Gramophone co ltd.." rim text are in NEAR MINT/EXCELLENT++ condition,side 1 has just a couple of tiny spindle hole marks which are hardly visible,side 2 has just a few more but still very nice with no damage or wear

Record

Visually the record looks AMAZING!!..when you first look at it in normal light IT LOOKS MINT!! with full gloss and shine...it is only when you look under a very strong light and tilt it at different angles can you see a few very faint hairline marks..these are probably removal marks..there is definetly no deep fingernail scratches,because of this i would grade the record as visually EXCELLENT++  to NEAR MINT.I have got records in the past that where graded near mint that are worse than this!!

First may i say that i feel the record could do with a clean on a proper cleaning machine,it has full gloss and shine with no groove wear.starting with side 1 and it goes into the first track "Breathe"..it starts with some noticeable crackle and clicks which goes light as the songs carry on..so basically side 1 starts with heavy crackle at the start and goes lesser as the side goes along.Side 2 starts with the brillian "money",this again starts with heavy background noise which goes lighter as the side goes on.To be honest i was dissapointed in the audio AS THE DISC LOOKS NEAR MINT..thats is why i am wondering if a proper clean would help this a lot
