Description
This is a really lovely copy of Pink Floyd's third UK single "Apples & Oranges/Paintbox" from 1967, their last of course with Syd Barrett. The labels are in Excellent condition condition, just the mildest hint of spindle wear and light spider trails. There is a tiny bit of what looks like glue residue around the edges of the push-out centre which it appears has been glued back in at some point, they carry the "Sold in the UK.." credits.The vinyl is shiny and clean with just a few light hairlines to each side visible under very bright light. Playback is great, just some very light crackle on the run-ins to each side, otherwise no distortion, loud pops, clicks, sticks or jumps, graded at Excellent plus. This is a very rare record in any condition but this copy is very nice indeed. Comes in a modern reproduction sleeve though very easy of course to track down original company sleeves from this time to match it for a few pence from the likes of Cliff or Rolf Harris singles from the same period!
