This NO RESERVE auction is for one of the RAREST of all cylinders. This is a Pink Lambert cylinder that we were fortunate enough to find at an old farmer's estate. This one is announced..."STEAMBOAT LEAVING THE WHARF AT NEW ORLEANS ~ AMERICAN QUARTET LAMBERT COMPANY OF CHICAGO". It sounds crisp, clear and loud with great grooves. It's in like new condition and if you don't think so just send it back...I'll refund everything but shipping. It does have a tiny and tight split on the end but it ends before the announcement. It looks like it's been there forever and doesn't look like it's going anywhere. (See closeup). And like the others it only fits about 7/8 of the way on my Edison mandrel so they'll need to be reamed ever so slightly. This will come packaged well and in an Edison container...but we are also selling an original Pink Lambert container seperately if you're interested. I have taken plenty of pictures so please see for yourself and again be sure to check out all our other antique phonographs & victrolas (Edison Victor Columbia) and related items that we'll be putting up in the next few weeks. We have an excellent reputation on and off ebay for selling and servicing these antique phonographs and as a Power Seller award winner you can feel very comfortable placing bids here. Careful shipping to the lower 48 will be $6 plus insurance (which will be required for these). Overseas bidders are welcome and shipping will be at actual cost. Of course we will combine shipping.
