A VERY SCARCE AND SOUGHT AFTER (ORIGINAL) PRIVATE VINYL PRESS FROM THIS U.K. HARD PROG/ROCK OUTFIT. Released on "Stag Music" 1974. YOU CAN SEARCH HIGH & LOW FOR THIS RECORD, AND NEVER FIND IT!!!! I've never seen another in over 35 years.

Personnel (simply put) : Alan (bass) Neil (drums) Dave (organ, moog) Owen (vocals) Paul (guitars)

Back cover note reads :

When I first met this band, it was a cold November Saturday morning, and all I had been told was to expect a new rock band with an exciting new sound and style. During the initial run through of take 1, I realised what I had been told was true, this is an exciting new band with an aggressive approach to rock music. All the material featured on this L.P. Is self penned and composed, and if you think about it you could be listening to the rock stars of the future.

Producer - Dave Roylance.

Please note :

The cover is only VG++ down to some age & general storage wear. No ripping or tearing to the cover & an intact spine at the side. No pre-owned handwritten names in ink or biro pen. Perfectly legible text on the front & back. Cool (target) design artwork on the front. The spine at the side is legible also. Still it exists & is intact, which is a small miracle knowadays.

The labels are in a better state. These are on both sides excellent with no negative major issues to list. No rip, fade or wear. Very slight spindle wear visable at a certain angle, but not to serious. Labels state all track details etc & are privately pressed on the "Stag Music" imprint. This is the only release of the band - "Pinnacle" to the best of my knowledge, the label have never released another band. And was a given name by the band/manager themselves.

The main positive offering in the listing is of course the condition of the vinyl contained....

It is free from any - Needle thrashing, ingrained dust, heavy or light scratched surface marks, only some hairlined fractures (which upon the test play of the whole L.P.) Have no effect to the audio, which is very loud. The quiter played parts of the project are free from any pops, ticks, and certainly no skipback/jumps. A slight almost unoticable part of background noise between changes in the tracks if any!

Your chance to snap this legendary & ultra RARE rock collectable up NOW! These are so scarce its scarey!

Please also see the extra large view below. I pack in custom made mailers, record outside the cover in a new poythene protector. The record is now stored like this & ready for a new home/life.

Thanks.

>>  Grading of Items All items are graded conservatively according to Record Collectors Grading System Record Collectors Grading system

Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condiition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displayes no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any moajor defects is acceptable

Good (G) Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has notceably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc

Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler

CD's and CASSETTES As a general rule CD's and Cassettes either play perfectly - inwhich case they are in Mint condition - or they don't, in which case their value is minimal. Cassette tape is liable to deteriorate with age, even if it remains unplayed, so care should be taken when buying old tapes. CD's are difficult to grade visually; they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Cassette and CD inlays and booklets should be graded in the same way as record covers and sleeves. In general, the plastic containers for cassettes and CDs can easily be replaces if they are broken or scratched, but card covers and digipaks are subject to the same wear as record sleeves
