Description

PITTSBURGH ROCK promo LP (1981): X-15 BLUE PRINT (Experimental Copy) Drum Break

Precision PRC-2101. Press release insert states: "X-15 is a six-piece rock band based in the Mid-West and includes members of the David Warner band. Additional musical complement" by Michael Brecker of the Brecker Brothers, Pete Hewlett from Novo Combo, Bruce Kapler from the Manhattans And Chuck O'Steen from The Tina Turner Band]. "The national release is scheduled for January 1, 1982." LP contains a long clear open drum break perfect for sampling. White jacket has a rubber-stamped title and some suggested cuts written on the front. Record near mint minus, jacket VG to VG+,  a little soiled with ring wear and edge wear.

GRADING:

LPs, EPs and 45s are graded M (mint), NM (near mint), VG+, VG (very good), VG-, G+, G (good), G-, F (fair), and P (poor). A VG+ record may have some visible scuffs and light scratches and plays well with little surface noise. Scratches on records graded VG and VG- may be deep enough to feel with your fingernail, or there may be scratches throughout that cause surface noise. On records in the G+, G and G- range the level of the music is still above the surface noise caused by scuffs and scratches. Surface noise is as loud as the music on records graded F and louder than the music on P records. 

Jackets graded VG+ have only slight wear; jackets graded VG are more worn but still intact unless defects are noted. G jackets show definite damage and F and P jackets are probably falling apart. Splits, markings, cut corners, and other defects will be noted.
