PJ Harvey Dry + Demos white label 2 LP - different cut
Stunning PJ Harvey rarity from 1992.
This was the original set of white label test pressings for the limited 2LP version of her debut album Dry released on Too Pure.
Only 10 of these were pressed (I know because I was overseeing the manufacturing).
The Label decided to recut the first disc at MPO mastering as they were unsure of the sound on some of the tracks. Disc 1 has the matrix etched PURE 10 A1 and Pure 10 B1 it was then recut so the version actually released was PURE 10 A2 and PURE10 B2.
Features 11 tracks on the first LP and the Demo versions of all the songs on the second disc.
The vinyl on disc one is Ex with two small scratches and the Demos disc is mint (unplayed).
