Jacket - EX++ (slightest hint of ringwear - otherwise like new quality)

When my LPs sell for $3.00, the costs between listing fees, final value fees, and Paypal fees are 30%. That percentage decreases as the amount of the sale goes up. I'd really like to reserve Paypal for larger payments or for people who would agree to pay my fees. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
