Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: PJ Harvey - Stories from the city, stories from the sea - MEGA RARE Original Vinyl LP album from 2000.
This is the 100% Original and Official pressing from 2000.
Please beware of the numerous counterfit copies available out there which sellers call re-pressings. These are simply counterfit and sound horrendous.
This record that I have for sale here is the ORIGINAL and OFFICIAL pressing from 2000.
I bought it new back in 2000 and has been in my collection ever since. It has not been passed around or re sold. It is my own copy and I am only selling as my taste in music has changed over the years.
Vinyl Condition: EX (Lovely condition and sounds amazing. Nice clear sound and is clean and shiny).
Inner Sleeve Condition: EX (Correct picture inner sleeve and includes lyric sheet. I have included a new polylined inner to keep the sleeve tidy and to keep the record free from sleeve marks).
Outer Sleeve Condition: VG (The spine has a seam crack from storage but is not fully split. This is visible in photograph 2. Apart from that it is trully superb. Clean and crisp. I have stored it in a plastic sleeve all these years).
I grade my vinyl’s as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
