This is a rare complete UK 1st press of the ‘Live Peace In Toronto’ by Plastic Ono Band. This press has the dark green Apple labels, plain inner sleeve, the laminated Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve and the rare original 1970 calendar.
The record is in Very Good+ condition. The vinyl is bright with the original jet black gloss, with no heavy signs of play or whitening to the grooves at all. There are just a couple of tiny marks on Side 1. The labels are bright, the green is still vivid and the text is sharp. There is light spindle wear and a name on one side. The vinyl is complete with the original plain inner sleeve.
The sound quality is Very Good. The sound is extremely rich and vibrant. There are a few moments of light noise but nothing significant that spoils the enjoyment of this album at any point.
The rare calendar is very solid and complete. It has writing on the front cover and a water mark on one edge that can be seen on the front pages.
The fully laminated Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is in Good condition. The blue is extremely bright and the laminate has a superb gloss. There is wear to the top of the spine and a water mark on the rear of the sleeve. The sleeve is still solid and complete. 586 (GS 6.8 (586))
