Description :
VERY RARE 1960 PLAYBOY'S PENTHOUSE BY CY COLEMAN ON EVEREST RECORD SPBR-1092 STEREO LP. First pressing, original issue. No bar code and "Recorded on 35 MM Tape sticker on front". The vinyl is in NM- condition and the cover is in VG+ condition with a small top seam tear. See pictures of record.

Near Mint ( NM ) The record will look as if it was never played, the LP Jacket should have no creases, folds, seam splits or other noticeable defects and no cut-out holes the same should be true for any inserts, posters, lyric sheets and the like. NM- may show some marks but they do not affect play.
Very Good Plus ( VG+ ) Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't effect listening. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are o.k. An LP Jacket may have signs of wear and may have a cut-out or other indentation indicating it was taken out of print.
