PLEASE PLEASE ME by THE BEATLES

MONO PMC 1202, Recording first published in 1963.

This is the 3rd pressing of Please Please Me and the 1st Pressing of the 'Black and Yellow' Parlophone label.

Sleeve: Ex+, Nice, clean sleeve with large MONO to the top right corner, photo 'Angus McBean' to bottom right corner in line with the last 'S' of Songs. Ernest J Day, flip-back sleeve. The sleeve is really nice and clean considering how poor they often look. Light wear to the corners and split to the bottom right corner of sleeve which could easily be tidied up. Rear of sleeve is nice and clean, a little light soiling to the white areas and a small name in biro to bottom right corner which is rather discreet.

LP: Parlophone Black and Yellow, Matrixes XEX 421-1N/XEX 422-1N. PARLOPHONE CO LTD, 33 1/3RD, NO PUBLISHED IN. MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN. A FEW LIGHT HAIRLINES BUT REALLY ALL SUPERFICIAL, THIS IS A CLEAN AND ATRRACTIVE RECORD. PLAYS SUPERBLY, THIS 3RD PRESSING IS REALLY QUITE SCARCE.
