Description
Please Please Me is the debut album by English rock band The Beatles. Parlophone rush-released the album on 22 March 1963 in the UK to capitalize on the success of singles "Please Please Me" (#1 on most lists but only #2 on Record Retailer) and "Love Me Do" (#17).
Of the album's fourteen songs, eight were written by Lennon–McCartney (originally credited "McCartney–Lennon"), early evidence of what Rolling Stone later called "[their invention of] the idea of the self-contained rock band, writing their own hits and playing their own instruments".
This record is used and it shows. The original case/sleeve has small tears and the paper is aged. The record itself appears to be great although I have not tested it myself. Keep in mind that this is used and not perfect. record has some minor scratches, 2 small scratches of about 1/4 inch on each side, it is still a great record from a great band and hard to find, Don't miss out on this Beatles fans. Buy it before it's gone. Selling as is
