TITLE : PLIMSOLL SANDWICH - for night starvation LP

DESCRIPTION : Killer sought-after UK PRIVATE PRESS rarity from Suffolk, England based funk-soul band (with ridiculous name) PLIMSOLL SANDWICH! which included a brilliant line-up of pro & semi-pro musicians...especially of note: BRIAN WELLS on bass (C.C.S., PAZ + various BBC sessions) + BOB GAINES (of then nearby US Air Force) who absolutley kills it on the BONGOS (check out the soundclip!!)
A real 'Vinyl Vultures' - 'Working man's soul' classic this one, In fact I think they comped 'memphis underground' from this LP. It also includes many more brilliant versions of funk / soul tracks...their version of T.S.O.P. features an awesome synth/moog workout from about 3/4 in!! Amazing.
As a taster I've included snippets of latin funk classic 'oye como va' & 'pick up the pieces' (recorded from the actual record for sale)
Super hard to find as ever this would have been made privately and only sold at local gigs, I haven't seen another copy in years and I'm from the region! ...Original UK PRESSING

CONDITION : Vinyl: VG+ (few light superficial surface marks, minor scuffs and hairlines only. Plays through great with minor typical crackle - listen to soundclip for play quality)
In Laminated Picture sleeve: VG+ (small amount of laminate creasing & minor edge wear)
