Near mint - looks and plays great
two inserts - one with the address change in pen.
Comes with the sticker BUT there is no backing on it. I had it stuck to a book but CAREFULLY peeled it off, it's 99% intact, a 1/4" tear at the bottom under the D.
Also written in pen inside the sleeve is the message:
PORTLAND PICK-UP LINE "Hi Dude Guy"
I've done some research and so far this is the ONLY copy with a message inside. If you have one - let me know.
They were obviously copying the Touch and Go guys who were writing stuff in the sleeves as they were pasting them together.
