POISON IDEA-PICK YOUR KING 7" 1983 FATAL ERECTION #1 . LYRX PRINTED ON INSIDE OF SLEEVE . SLEEVE IS BLUE AND THE VINYL IS BLACK .this is considered the 2nd press.
the story i was told about this records .was when the 1st pressings were made (for the white sleeve and clear wax),the pressing plant accidently pressed black wax instead of clear wax . after the clear wax sold out , poison idea bought the black wax off the pressing plant and printed up the blue sleeve . so what you actual get is the 2nd pressing blue sleeve , and the 1st pressing (pressing plant error) black wax.this is a very simular problem mdc had with there dead cops Lp but that another story

this black wax record is the true 1st pressing .(clear wax is 2nd pressing)
hears an emil i just got.........not sure if you knew, but i know pig and he told me the story of this record. I guess they ordered 1,000 clear and the factory made black. When they talked to the pressing plant, they apologized for the mistake and made 1,000 clear. The black was actually the first pressing, but the clear was released first. Anyway, kinda of interesting...
