Pooran was one of the best female pop performers of Iran in the 60s and 70s. Well, she actually started out even earlier, in the '50s and she has some very nice 78rpm records on her name! Then, on in the 45rpm era, she has covered a lot of different musical fields, from beat/rock sounding tunes to typical Persian pop to orchestral type of Persian classical music. This LP collects some of her best stuff from that period in these mixed genres. I've been dealing with Persian records for a long time now and I have never ever seen this LP personally beforehand!! Extremely rare!!! Cover is VG++. Actually, all round this is a very good quality cover considering how these second hand records are found in Iran. No writings, no seam splits, zero ringwear. Just on the lower right edge of the front cover, at some point in time, probably through a mishandling accident, a 2 cm. tear was made and then it was duly fixed. I even didn't realise it when I first bought the record. It's so candid. Disc is a very clean EX-; again, V-e-r-y difficult to see such clean condition on an Iranian original LP. Absolutely no scratch or deep marks, one side is dead EX+ and other side only has a few very thin hairlines; both sides with very clean/shiny surface, glossy grooves.
