Recorded in 1978, Popol Vuh's “Brüder Des Schattens - Söhne Des Lichts” fully indulges all of the elements that marked the German band's sound through the years, including the group's fascination with medieval chants, ethnic fusion, and lilting, ambient music.
“Brüder” contains lengthy, abstract compositions that rely on guitar, piano, and studio manipulation and released today, Brüder might be classified as “ambient”; but in the late 1970s it was groundbreaking

Plays beautifully throughout - exceptionally clean sound - just a small amount of low-level background on "Höre, Der Du Wagst " which is very quiet and this reduced significantly on my second play through - very highly recommended indeed
SLEEVE: EXCELLENT
Slight rub to the edges/surfaces and a soft crease on the opening edge - all minor - the sleeve is clean and solid with the spine text (mostly) clear and bold
