THIS SALE IS FOR: "PORTFOLIO OF AHMAD JAMAL" VINYL DOUBLE LP ALBUM
RELEASED IN 1959 ON ARGO RECORDS CAT #LP-2638 MONO
Original 1958 Mono pressing on the Argo Maroon Label.
Comes with what appears to be the original shrinkwrap, although because most records from this era did not have "Shrinkwrap", I'm not sure if it is original.
An excellent live recording from the Ahmad Jamal Trio!
Recording dates- Sept. 5th and 6th, 1958, Spotlight Club, Washington, D.C.

THIS RECORD HAS BEEN VISUALLY INSPECTED AND PLAYED ON A DUAL 1264 TURNTABLE.
NOT ALL RECORDS PLAY THE SAME ON DIFFERENT TURNTABLES.
The vinyl is in very good plus condition, VG+. Vinyl plays all the way through, no jumps or sticking with very light background noise, a few light pops. Vinyl is very Black, Shiny and Glossy with very light scuffs, and "paper rubs". Appears to have been played very few times.
Labels are in VG+ condition with spindle wear.
Original plain paper inner sleeves are in VG+ condition with yellowing but without split seams
