Inner sleeve has lyrics to 'Stairway to Heaven' on one side and track titles and credits on the other. 

This release was commonly referred to as 'Led Zeppelin IV', to follow in sequence with their previous three releases, but no actual title appears on the release.

*** THIS IS A POSSIBLY A GENUINE FIRST PRESSING - ULTRA RARE ***

This is the fourth Led Zeppelin album. The band intentionally left it untitled, with no indication that it was even a Led Zeppelin album on the original release, though fans and media have commonly referred to it as 'Led Zeppelin IV', 'Zoso', 'Symbols' and other unofficial names. On Discogs, the title of this release should be left as 'Untitled' unless it specifically has 'Led Zeppelin' or 'IV' written on it, as some later versions do.

First Pressings have following Characteristics:

1st UK pressing on 'plum' label which is red/white/plum.

Executive Producer credit for Peter Grant (which was removed in various ways from all subsequent pressings - see below).

Heavyweight unlaminated gatefold sleeve, printed and made in England. 

Inner sleeve has lyrics to 'Stairway to Heaven' on one side and track titles and credits on the other. 

The first inner sleeves are dark gray. Interestingly, whilst Jimmy Page succeeded in having the Peter Grant credit removed from the labels, they were never removed from the inner sleeves. 

This release was commonly referred to as 'Led Zeppelin IV', to follow in sequence with their previous three releases, but no actual title appears on the release.

Vinyl shows  marks and scuffing.

Cover is is split at bottom edge and has wear to spine and corners

Inner sleeve has splitting on all sides

Overall this is a Fairly Good copy of this Ultra Rare Collectible Classic
