Condition: VINYL: Near Mint (NM or M-)
Sleeve Condition: JACKETS AND INSERTS: Near Mint (NM or M-), BOX: Very Good
Comments: Comes in custom Tree Records cardboard box. Box has minor scuffing and one flap has been separated from box (could be reglued). 7"s inside are all in plastic baggies and as close to mint as possible. None of the inserts (envelopes) wax seals have been broken.
I was a member of the mail order club, so all 7"s are included including the additional mail order only 7" which I don't think is even included on the CD version of this. Some of these 7"s I've never even played.
