Description
Andy Thomas, Baby Quit Me Blues/Angel Child (Gold Star 645).
Vocal with (reportedly) Thunder Smith (piano), Luther Stoneham (guitar). Houston, c. 1948. Obscure but very good downhome singer.
Visually V+ with numerous scratches and scrapes, mostly on Baby, but with plenty of shine -- more misused than worn. Plays at least a grade better, with very little noise from the apparent damage. Small sticker on the label of Angel from the old Great Escape store in Nashville.
Scarce and interesting item!
