A/B Grade: VG-/VG- Condition (Record plays with medium surfaces noise due to some smudge marks - may be eliminated with a good cleaning through VPI or other means) -A-side plays with a medium level of surface noise / a bit of hiss/crackle on each rotation. It can probably be made quieter or eliminated with a cleaning on a VPI or a heavier tone arm setting. No loud pops, clicks or locks. Plays like a VG-/VG. -B-side also plays with consistent surface noise but not as apparent or often as the A-side. The track is much more prominent on this side and drowns out the noise. Plays like a VG/VG+. -Slight, negligible edge warp as the case is with most of these old Jamaican 45s. Don't really notice until you place it on the platter/flip to b-side. Does not appear to affect sound.  -A-side has mostly light surface scratching but has these large white smudge looking marks that cause surface noise. May go away with VPI as mentioned before. -B-side looks a bit rough with some scratches in the grooves, some white spots, a couple of areas of surface scratching across and little bb sized indentation at the beginning of the track.  -the blank labels show some wear and markings (see pictures) -no writing on the label -FOR MORE DETAILED INFORMATION PLEASE SEE PICTURES OR CONTACT ME
Out of all of the 45s I have listed right now this is probably my favorite and one of the most rare and valuable (in history, music quality and actual market value).
This pre/blank label 45 has one of the first singles if not the first single from the Jamaican vocal group Carlton & His Shoes (Carlton and The Shoes) entitled "This Feeling" put out more commonly on Studio One. This vocal group formed the basis of the famed group The Abyssinians. Produced by Clement "Coxsone" Dodd himself, this 1968 track is one of the best from the time and was significant in the transition from rocksteady to reggae music. On the b-side is a very early ska track from 1963 from Roy Panton & Millie (a young Mille on the vocal track, only 17 years old) entitled "Never Say Goodbye." This song is absolutely killer and has that early ska sound with a doo-wop feel to it. This is one of the first singles released by the duo.

GRADING SYSTEM: M- Mint Minus - A nearly perfect, almost unplayed record. EX+ Excellent Plus - Almost new with only a few superficial signs of use that don’t affect play. Only well cared for vinyl will be graded at to EX+. Will satisfy all but the most demanding collector. EX Excellent - A used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks and passages, but still quite nice. EX- Excellent Minus - Significant wear and marks and usually very light surface noise. VG+ Very Good Plus - From here on down (VG, VG-, G) is regular condition for 2nd hand records imported from Jamaica, we're talking about beat-up records. VG Very Good - Record is worn but glossy. Noticeable scratches or scuffs, minor surface noise. VG- Very Good Minus - Even worse beat-up record. Well-played record with more noticeable scratches, deeper scratches may be noted, and scuffs, may have more distracting surface noise. Still plays through without any skips(any complaints not accepted for VG- graded record, please review detailed notes for this grade and below).  G Good - Worst condition of beat-up record. Trash record with major noise, surface damage, deep scratches, and skips.(any complaints not accepted for G graded record)
Jamaican pressings often are of lower pressing quality. I grade visually and listen to each record before selling. I will not sell damaged, inaudible records (in the rare occasion I do, I will SPECIFICALLY mention it). Often my comments may make a record sound worse than it actually is, so if you have any concerns with what is mentioned please contact me. Often people tell me I grade lower than what the record actually is, but I like to be safe & conservative. The pictures are also a resources to understand the condition of the record as if you are shining a bright light on it to see every detail. 
My turntable plays these records just fine and be aware that poor quality turntables may have a problem with these. You may have to adjust the counter weight. I play these with a normal, recommended tonearm weight (no counterweight adjustments). 
Most of you who collect Reggae/Ska/Dancehall/Rocksteady records already know most of this, but I want to make sure everyone understands. I have been selling records for several years and my feedback is flawless and I intend on keeping it that way.
